#ClimateOfChange is the European communication campaign led by WeWorld and co-funded by the European Commission that aims to raise awareness among young EU citizens about the link between climate change and migration. To engage them and create a movement ready not only to change their lifestyle, but also to support global climate justice, we support WeWorld in digital strategy, social campaign management and influencer marketing.
A travelling contemporary circus show was organised with a pan-European online and offline communication and awareness-raising campaign. For Precop26, the Italian stages in Milan were promoted not only with targeted social and display advertising campaigns, but also by involving two green influencers, Alex Bellini and Giorgia Pagliuca. Content creators were hired to push the campaign themes on their audience and invite them to download the show’s ticket. The influencers’ pre- and post-event editorial plans were followed and they were involved as stage insiders to activate storytelling and show the backstage of the show and the organisational machine.
The digital strategy put in place managed to bring the Milan stages soldout and achieve the project’s annual kpi (5 million reach and 4% engagement rate in less than six months). We continue to work side by side with We World to raise awareness among young people on the issues of the petition that the organisation is pursuing and will present at cop27, and we are committed to finalising a digital strategy to reach the 10,000 signatures target.”
